Below Zero Water Flash
I could have waited
until later when it got even colder, but 8 below Fahrenheit is
plenty cold enough for these fun photos! Sorry I didn't put any
exuberance into either photo...LOL! One would think I was going
for a record-breaking beer keg toss or something...Holy cow! An
interesting view of a cup of water bypassing the transition from
liquid to steam to ice, and just crystallizing from water right
to ice...Great aperture setting, anticipated lens focus and timing
of the flash, yes? Yes! It took a few missed tries first, I admit.
Gotta love the string of water falling and becoming frozen vapor
to the snow on the first photo, huh? The second photo, the water
just exploded into vapor.
