Bummer...I read the fine print and I don't qualify.
No special thanks to Noah who sent me this faux Golden Gem! Noah?!!! Where's my Real FEMA "no work Will loot-for-free" TICKET?! I have several non-taxpayers waiting for their rebate, dammit!
