Brighton
Beach on Lake Superior
This was a frosty day. I staked out Brighton
Beach in eastern Duluth for some late afternoon sun. It
was -14°F, but no wind. The steam off the open water
on the lake made the shots. The trick was to keep the camera
batteries warm enough to fire without just sitting in my
Honda waiting for a shot.
