Lincoln Park on a Really Foggy, Stormy Day
Duluth, MN
This is my first time shooting photos in this park, and it looks like I need to get off the trail there more often when the weather calms down. I shot these in RAW camera mode and then converted them to JPEG. I am still experimenting with this format to find out if it is compatible with my red/green color deficiency in my eyes.

June 8, 2005

The "mossy bark" image above was made into a JPEG after processing the RAW image and then converting it into a web-ready JPEG.

The same photo at left was extracted as a JPEG right from my RAW image and then converted to web-ready using Photoshop. Subtle difference, but I see a real difference. I like the above one.

Comments, anyone? Which rendition (especially the colors) is better for web viewing?
