Space Shuttle
Atlantis Powered Up During Launch
The space shuttle Atlantis thunders off the
launch pad into the sky. The primary mission objectives
for STS-101 were to deliver supplies to the International
Space Station, perform a spacewalk and then reboost the
station from 230 to 250 statute miles. We
may never see a shuttle fly again. |
