Aspen, Colorado - Snowmass Race Crew - 1989-1990 This is a group self-portrait taken on the last day of work on April 13, 1990. Left to right is Shane, Rob Cooper-Ochtera (standing), Mike Salyards and yours truly. I am sporting some pretty long, altitude-bleached mountain hair, no? I was 22 years old here, and sporting a "fighting weight" of 183 pounds, as I was skiing/working every day of the season during the previous six months. The cordless drills with the big bits were for drilling sockets for the break-away racing gates into the often hard-packed snow. Dateline: April 13, 1990
