Cold Weather +
Boiling Water = Cool Physics
It was -22°F
at 12:30am on Saturday morning. I boiled a mug of water in the
microwave and set up my camera on my deck to try to capture the
shot, and got it! The boiling water vaporizes and turns to ice
before it can touch the ground. Indeed, it turns into a frozen
cloud. I caught this with a dual flash about
.25 seconds apart.
